• Underwriting – Soliciting private and corporate entities for monetary donations and in-kind gifts.

• Toys – Setting toys goals and devising innovative ways of meeting those goals; toy management.

• Marketing – Boosting brand recognition across the country of Boys4Toys, its events and mission     through print and electronic media.

• Decorating – Theme development and execution of décor for events.

• Sound & Lights – Assessing the technical needs and acquiring resources related to music and lighting, both robotic and decorative; contracting celebrity DJs.

• Volunteers – Amassing and organizing some 100-plus volunteers.

• Entertainment – Lining up top-notch performance artist for events.

• Ticketing – Responsible for ticket accounting and distribution.

The day to day operations at boys4toys are conducted entirely by dedicated volunteers who take their commitment seriously, but have fun doing it!
